Saved by the (telephone) Bell

I gathered from a few comments yesterday that the state of my desk was rather alarming - causing shortness of breath, palpitations and itchy teeth in some quarters.  And there was a hint of challenge in some of the comments about seeing the 'after' photos....well, brace yourselves!

Y'all have Chrissie to thank for this.  I made a long overdue phone call and whilst we chatted, I sorted.  And then, whilst we chatted a little more I cleaned the stamps.  And put them away.  Chrissie is an interesting person and we had some catching up to do.  And after we said our goodbyes, because I still had time, I started a card.  And that is the story of Wednesday, after the WOYWW event.  Standby for slightly more interesting posts.  If I say so myself.  But at least you won't have to catch your breath when you visit.

Julia, Your desk looks amazing! I know how hard it is to keep it that way. I have the same problem. Always in a mess! LOL!
Thank you for stopping by my blog for WOYWW and your kind encouragement. The dew drop pads are Memento inks and they stay in the containers they came in. those container make them much easier to store and the pad don't go all over the place.
I hope you will stop by my blog again. I will be having some giveaways and a blog candy coming up soon. Hugs Lori

hmm, blogger being a bit iffy. was just saying that crafting helps us multitask, especially if we are doing something more interesting than tidying.

Julia - in a word... "PHEW"!

Bet you thought I was going to say something else - but seriously, thank goodness for Chrissie lol....

If you were on the phone to me, you'd have chance to redecorate too - perhaps that's why people text instead lol.

I must admit that I did raise my eyebrows because thats seriously the messiest i'd ever seen your desk in two and a half years (give or take a few weeks when I haven't joined in).

much love
