What's On Your Workdesk? Wednesday 224

Wow, mine could be excavated in layers.
ipad laid on top of the Mini Book samples that I took to the Workshop yesterday.
Mini book samples unpacked and erm, placed on top of the calendar page I was working on over the weekend (no prizes for working out which month) and I can tell you but can't show you (because of the effort involved, you understand) that the calendar LO is covering a bunch of teeny tags that I've stamped with the days of the week.  Method?  yeah, a bit. Madness?  no doubt.
And pay attention Deskers....the moustache tape is on the right edge of the calendar LO and ipad.  It's a packaging tape printed with moustaches.  See?  So now you know.  Public service blogging.  There's my sexy glasses case, a much transported gift...crafting glasses...not any of the others dotted around the house.  And on the deckchair is a Baby card.  It's to send to a couple who have erm, had a Baby gal.  See, I know young people. I see nothing else of interest, but if you do, please point it out!
Join in this desk gawping will ya?  There's a how to and an all about and none of it is hard. So what are you waiting for?!

Your desk is not bad at all. I really like your glasses case, and that mustache tape. That baby card is just gorgeous. Happy crafting #1

I have rather a lot of layers myself this week, yours looks a lot tidier than mine I must say! So impressed you are getting on well with your calendar! It took some scouring to work out which month though, the umbrellas are slightly camouflaged, or maybe I need some superstrength glasses!

I so need a glasses case! Lovely craftiness going on. BTW you can use that bubble wrap to the left to felt wool fibers into ... felt. All you need is some time, some wool, hot water and soap. It's also easier to do outside where spillage is not so problematic. I was so off kilter this week I didn't even have a purse project for my time away from home. #4

In other words, Layers and Layers of fun madness. Loving the mustache tape, not seen it yet. #17 wishing you a fun day. Always amazes me how we have these good sized desks and end up with a 8x8 spot to glue and assemble.

Well - not being able to sleep sometimes has its benefits!! - although I'm sure I'll regret it when I have to get up in about 4 hours time!! I see a little label from a White Stuff purchase there - I know because I collect them - for the cute buttons of course - so that I can use them on my crafty projects!!

And - wow - you know people who have babies! I just realized that I wouldn't know where to begin with a baby card! I'd better find out before one of my two makes me a granny! Aww I was hoping you would show a picture of you wearing the moustache tape, it's just not the same on a roll (he he). Love that gorgeous card. The bright green things under the ipad look really nice, love the colours. Also.. On your previous post you have a cute little book made from a 12 x 12 piece of paper. Is there any chance you could let me know where to find the instructions as it will be a great project for my little miss in the school holidays next week.
Have a great week.

How many scissors you owned probably like me far to many. Have a great crafting week.

I must say I do like the mustache tape. Also the clever birds eye view you have provided for us. I finally got a bit of time in the Fun Room tonight, but no pics and links for a while. I'm slammed at work plus have two trips in the next month - one very FUN to Art & Soul for five workshop in Portland OR and another back on the east coast for work. So I'm just popping in to say hi and bye - see you in about five to six weeks. Stay warm!

I noticed that your button jar is still overflowing Julia!!! You need to find a sorter outer crafter - Find the most organised crafting desk and then invite them round to do their button sorting thing!!! I am the type of sorter who takes forever to get round to it and then when I do sort enjoy the finding of forgotten stash that sends me off on another mess making frenzy!!!! I'm going to have to keep a lookout for some of that fun packing tape! What a fun way to dress up your mailed boxes.

I am terrible about keeping up with my crafting glasses. I think my desk has at least two pair visible today. Truth be told I keep a basket with a dozen up above my desk. When the basket is empty, I go on a search around the house and gather them together again!

Love your WOYWWs! Thanks, Julia!
