Fast

Here's one of the Born to Shop range that I used for a Workshop last night. The black card is 4" square..I know I'm going on and on; but really, the image and particularly the writing, are therefore pretty small huh! Anyway, the card was liked, and that dear interweb, is totally the point. Photo makes my dining table look really long too - how very impressive that it should happen to be clear! I haven't started the grand clear up in the old workdesk section - got home yesterday and couldn't face it, so browsed some WOYWWs, and this morning I'm off to work, so there's another viable excuse! I swapped some wages for stash last night after the workshop, so will have to tidy up now before I can decant anything from my tote....anyone got a shoe horn the size of a cupboard? The text on this card is starting to feel horribly applicable!

LOVE those stamps, lol. Nothing like new stash to make you tidy up - or not, as the case may be, he, he. Try em out first!

ooh Julia four inches is never gonna be enough for a real woman - but it takes all sorts,

love the red black white contrast

after work have a cup of tea and a biscuit and just sit at the desk and make orderly piles. or pull something off the bottom and just cry as you see everything cascade to the floor knowing you have reached tipping point and no more making will happen till YOU GET A GRIP AND TIDY UP

Your card is gorgeous. Don't forget a woman's inches are always smaller than a man's :-)
Have a great weekend.

Great card, Julia, and I identify with the sentiment too :-D

I have to confess that I struggle with smaller cards, I like a bigger canvas to play with but perhaps I should think again...

Good luck with the tidy up, you know you will feel better once it is out of the way!

Great card Julia, I love the colourway youve chosen and the red ribbon thread through the border is great!

What does 'clear' mean?!

Lovely card - I really like how you've woven ribbon through the loops. As for the untidy stash mountain problem ... there really is only ONE answer. Give some of it away - you'll feel much lighter and less guilty because you aren't using it, and have more space for new stuff! A win-win situation as they say :-)

I have just had to measure 4" on my ruler! WoW! That IS small. But what a gorgeous card - I love the addition of the little red handbag!

In this house at the moment four inches is far too big as that is the height of the heels on the shoes I foolishly bought for the ball. I should know better.
your card is lovely though.
Oh and the tiara has made it on to my blog

fab card hon. I could do with that shoe horn too, just back from florida and when I unpacked this morning realised why our luggage weighed 38kg (yes between 4 of us was determined to travel light) and when they weighted itcoming home yesterday 65kg (opps, that would be all those bargains in Joanns and michaels!). Will share it all on Wednesday.

I guess size really doesn't matter! But I'm with you on the image sizes. Wish they came in larger sizes, since the stamps and sayings are really clever. I sure like how you made that card. Lots of detail, including the ribbon (?) woven in the edges.

I hope it's cooled a bit where you are. I have to wait to "decant" what I bought yesterday until it cools a bit. Gotta love that word. Makes me think of wine or maybe champagne. Of course, not being a drinker, I also am not sure what I'm talking about! Have a fun weekend with Mr. D.

This has really made me smile - love it! And your comment on my blog about the Sketch Saturday card also made me smile - it wasn't for today's sketch, but scraping in at the midnight hour for last Saturday's! So, you see, I'm not as organised as you seem to think I am! lol! x

Doone's comment made me laugh aloud. I love the card - except I don't think I've Ever had a handle on life. I was presented with a broken one, I think. Probably.
