The two pieces at the front are from each bottle individually, at the back there's a bit of both bottles on both cards. Not hard she says. The hard part is yet to come; I don't have any idea what I'll be using these pieces for! You can see a box of rainbow coloured Washi tapes which were going for half price in Tesco...which was less than £2, so they will be found a home presently. And there are the washed and drying blending brushes that I was using last week. I hope Kathy doesn't faint when she works out how long it has therefore taken me to get round to cleaning her most useful gifts!
My last birthday was the big 60 and my in-law family bought me lunch and viewing platform tickets for the Shard in London. As the tickets are only valid for a year, we thought to take advantage of the good weather and just do it. Quite an experience. Lunch was on the 34th floor and the viewing platform was on the 78th. Ear popping in a lift that was quick and silent and a bit scary, and then of course, a lot of view!
I hope that your plans for the Easter weekend work out smoothly and you enjoy.
Meanwhile though, visit Sarah to link your blog and desk/work surface/shenanigans, we'd love to see! Im mostly out for Wednesday this week, so forgive my slow to visit attitude!

I've only seen the view from the Shard at night (we had a Christmas do there one year) - which was fabulous, but how beautiful it looked on a bright sunny spring day - gorgeous! The loos are pretty special too....Glad you had a great birthday treat to enjoy it. I agree about the lifts - don't think I've ever been in such a quick lift! Happy WOYWW Helen #3
I recognise the view from the Shard Julia. Were you at Aqua by any chance? My son took me there for lunch last Easter. we didn't go up to the viewing platform though. Glad you had fun in London. A great bargain with the washi tape. Those powders look lush. Stay safe and Happy WOYWW. Sarah
The washi tape was a good bargain. Was the meal high tea by any chance? 🤣🤣. Glad you had a great time. Happy WOYWW. Angela #11
Hi Julia, thanks for the stencil. I've got that stinking cold again so not really done much crafting but I know I'll get round to playing with it soon I hope. I love the Pixie dust, you never know how they will behave it's always an interesting result. That was an amazing gift you received and looked like a great day. Sending woyww hugs Angela x10x
Oh Wow Julia, what a view, how amazing is that! Pretty glasses too. The Washi was a total bargain, love all the colours and Pixie Dust love the results but never heard of it really, I'm not up with the times these days. Hugs Bj#6
Looks like you had fun on your trip to the Shard. Great bargain with the washi tapes, bet they’ll come in handy.

Ooh. Lovely backgrounds. I do like sprinkle colours but never know what to do with them in the end. I'll watch yours. The view from The Shard is amazing - it was built well after we moved from London, so never had the change to visit. We don't go in much anymore. I have so much washi tape not sure any discount would tempt me at this point :D I could cover my office door top to tail and still have a ton left...DOH!
Catching up after my knitting-day WOYWW!

Well, that was a fabulous present! The glass of vino looks lovely and the view amazing. I don't think being high up bothers me but I am not sure about the lift and ears popping.
Love the cheapo washi tape, great when you see a bargain like that but I rarely remember to use washi tape, along with eyelets, brads and ribbons, got lots.
So is Pixie Dust a bit like Brusho's? Enjoy your goodies and have a lovely Easter.
Hugs, 2 Neet xx
Such an amazing present and the view looks great.
Enjoy your crafting and have a good week

Not much crafting going on as I'm house/dog sitting and at home the work men still haven't quite finished my new kitchen...Have a great weekend! Happy late WOYWW!? ((Lyn)) #13
