What's On Your Workdesk? Wednesday 815

Well, another week and no sign of any progress in the craft department!
My desk has become a bit of a catch all for the old 'to do' list, and I thought you may like to see this fab poster that I'm about to put into a frame. 'Twas a Christmas gift from a dear friend....hilarious and slightly right...!
Actually, the desk looks worse than it is, but if you haven't been here before, that may be hard to believe! The alphabet covered case at left is full of pens and paint pens. I was using it to colour some images that I then put in the bin...when I came back to them I was very unhappy with my chosen colour combinations! There's a rolled up tshirt next to it, safe to tell you that it's for Mr Dunnit as a gesture towards his birthday which is next week. I'll show you and no doubt tell you the story when he's received it! So those items are on top of the crafty bits I was playing with, my journal and yogurt pot filled with foam sticky pads have been pushed over by the tshirt; just straightening those would create a much less disorganised look. But it's nearly 16 years too late to start worrying about public exposure of an untidy desk!

Talking of 16 years...the WOYWW Crop is to be on the 10th May this year, a week before the sixteenth anniversary of a WOYWW, and  hosted again by Sarah. Also the host of the link party that is WOYWW. Join us, have a look at ours and show and tell yours. Can't be any worse than this really, can it, and no one minds in the least!  Visit Sarah's craft shed.

Ha ha love the poster.. I'm making a big effort to tidy my stash - hence the yarn boxes. Strangely, no matter how much I have, I never have the colour I need next🤣 x x Jo 🌈

That poster is brilliant! There could be an alternative to say Three Nights Maximum stay as well, lol! It wouldn’t be you if the desk was tidy, at last there’s lots to have a nice at. Hope you managed to do some colouring in to your satisfaction.

Gotta laugh. It seems we are in bed by 10 every night - if only we could sleep thru the night. Sadly with a 5 hour time difference my parents seem to forget that if they call after dinner, we are all tucked up like church mice. I am still in a whirl of cleaning and I have to say it's been slow going cause I am still super weak but I promise I am not overdoing it! Slow and steady wins the race, right? On the fence about the crop, but might see you there if I do manage it? Happy WOYWW!

Look forward to seeing and hearing about the t-shirt as at the moment my mind is going through all the sayings/quotes I can think of.
Love the book cover, it's always something that goes through my mind when visiting - what time should we leave to be not overstaying. Can remember once we were somewhere and my cousin had gone to sleep, my son caught my eye and we had a job to stifle the laughter.

Your desk looks perfectly okay to me! :D) I always say that my disorganization keeps my ADHD in check! LOL!

Have a fabulous week!

Love the poster and the leave by time is great! We don't really have any visitors so we're OK for the most part. Found I was doing "spot the yogurt pot" search on your desk today, I'm in such a state still that I can't see what's straight in front of me. So yes, slowly does it is spot on for me, you're the only one who seems to understand where I'm coming from these days, thank you. Glad you liked my One Little Word description and so wish the crop wasn't so far away as I'd love to meet you all I really would. Hugs BJ#5
