This week has been a mixed bag for me..I haven’t been well, and it’s taking ages to shake off, this is the third week and I’m very bored and not a little behind with my grand plans. Grand plans! They’re always plans until you do ‘em aren’t they, even normal daily jobs! The ‘grand plan’ hasn’t come to my desk yet…
Blue light because of cruddy photographing, sorry. There’s a little splurge on laser cut acrylic words and a crown stencil quietly awaiting some action. There’s quite a few coronation related bits and pieces for the scrapbook pages that will eventually be made up. There’s a sheet of the new logo that was a trial run for cutting positions to make the badges. It’s the layout that worked, so I shall make some more badges when I need some mindless activity. Any time soon, to be honest! And the plate has reappeared. I really want this off my desk and in the kiln, so have promised myself that I’ll start the tracing of the pattern onto it before the week is out. Again, not to complain too loudly for fear of being treasonous, but it’s a mighty complicated design if you’re not using a computer programme! You can see my ATC collection stacked up against my under utilised bin…if you’re easily bored, learn to ignore them, because I doubt if they’ll be moved from the desk space for some time yet! How’s your desk then, full of interest and creativity? Overflowing with beautiful stuff and causing you to smile? Or is it the burgeoning and bursting garden that’s giving you pleasure this week? I sure hope something is! Share and tell please, it makes my world go around and my desk feel at home!

I am sorry you haven't been well, I hope you feel better soon. I am glad the atcs have given you some pleasure though. There is nothing exciting on my desk (apart from some new stencils) though.. Happy WOYWW and look after yourself. Helen xx
Ah the joy of the ATCs lingers on! A couple of mine came from quite a distance and it’s mean an extension of the anticipation and delight past the day. Love getting every one! I wish my desk was overflowing with creativity but it just isn’t, maybe next week. Thanks for the badge, and curious about those acrylic words btw. Hope to see them closer at some point…

I wish you felt better, dear Julia. I wish there was something I could do, but I am not a medical doctor and this just has to run its course, I fear. I don't think I've seen your desk this clean in a LONG time. You MUST be bored. I love that new crown stencil. Something I would love to own. The stencil, not a real crown. Please take care of you, dear.

Wow, what a lovely array of ATC's you have for uks again today. I am sure they look absolutely fantastic when all placed together and it just shows the array of talent within the group. Hopefully by next week you will have one more. I think today might just see a start.

Oh Julia, sorry you're not 100% yet. These viruses seem to be dragging on these days don't they, a guy at dancing last night said the same. Love that you have some coronation bits for the forthcoming scrapbooking, don't think I have any. Love the new logo, can see it on the border and wonder if there's a link so we can put it on our pages too - my current one is quite old methinks. The established date makes this one ageless iyswim. Hope you get the plate done soon. I remembered to take a photo of my desk mid-scrapping which is a treat and it also shows you how easily I can be distracted too. Hugs BJ#7

Sorry to read you are not up to par. Seems hot baths and sleep are the easiest. Here, most are dealing with allergies. Breathing smoke from Canada for weeks and such a haze. Fun things on your very organized desk. I'll be spending time trying to get 1 of 3 printers to work. One has a paper feed issue, one has a bad ink problem and the new one won't let me connect to it. Some days ....can be so much frustration and the plan you had just isn't to be. Wishing you well, I got your ATC Tuesday morning. Thanks so much for the WOYWW button. Hope you're feeling a lot better by now... I've been on my phone trying to link but It won't...or I'm doing it wrong, paste and copy the web address in. Still never mind, I was very late posting!! After spending the day hunting for a lost dog, felt like a zombie Wednesday morning! (Drone video on my woyww post) Your desk still looks far more interesting than mine.
