I'll check my Diary - in a minute

I bought this in Wales, when we stopped for lunch and a leg stretch on the way to Llandudno for the Crop. Frankly, it's a miracle that I've remembered where I put it, after all, that was at the end of September!
So that's a happy memory every time I need to use a diary. Another is that Jan said she'd have bought it for me as a Christmas present if I hadn't seen it and snatched it up. That' s another good thing really, because I would have unwrapped it and felt somehow that my secret was out. It's a good mix of useful tool and fun and gentle prompt; nice and tongue in cheek.

We need a desk diary; two diaries on phones don't work, as we've found to our cost. I'm an Apple gal he's a Windows boy and the two do not, will not, cannot sync. Or is that just us? either way, annoying. I often wonder if we'll ever be effective users of all the technology we are owners of. And I scare myself just thinking about all the routes and commands I'd have to memorise, so I don't try....that is a sign of something, right? I like to think it's merely procrastination.

While you ponder that, I need to add some events into these pages - it looks very much as if I don't have much of a life to anticipate, or have I just put off filling in the relevant details? I leave that to you to decide.....

Had to laugh at the provocative idea. What do you absolutely have to do that you could leave till later? These are great questions, and you even have a place to doodle while you contemplate the answers. I think you will really enjoy filling this calendar in. If nothing else, it will be fun to turn the page and get a small laugh out of the prompts. After all, you ARE a list maker.

I probably mentioned this before, but I used to write list after list. Each day had its own new list. One day I began with "Write List" and never wrote another list again for at least two years.

Hope this new calendar fits your needs. Pretty soon you'll even be stamping in it!

A happy memory indeed! That was a lovely run up to Llandudno, it seemed to pass in no time at all - maybe four hours of talking helped ;-) Either that or the really beautiful scenery! Congrats on remembering where you'd put the diary, I reckon you've earned a few brownie points there.....

I’ve never had a diary, but maybe I should start(?). Enjoy your diary.
And thank you so much, Julia, for coming from Darnell’s to leave me such a sweet comment and put a smile on my face. Have a lovely day.
Hugs, Trina

I always have a diary in my bag as that is the only way I can check and note "things to do" (I don't have a photo with data access so I can't check things like Outlook).

I understand the calendar dilemma I switched Years ago from Apple. It used to be said Apple was for artists and Google/ Microsoft etc for scientists engineers etc. Personally I love a paper calendar for that "What day is it" (at 5 pm) Last year I printed a calendar and stuck it on a hook. Kept intending to art it up but never managed that. Today I just looked at the blank space(it resembles my mind). And an mage of my desk appeared so now I have to write a blog. Now I managed that last week and forgot to post it. Mornings are a woolly mass of "wow I survived the night".

Ha ha ha Julia! You are so funny! I do a lot on my planner. Not only dates I have to remember but I draw on it, and glue lots of stuff on it. So it is something I like to open a lot and get inspired. Now it's even a photo album because I haven't done a lot of scrapbooking ever since my only son grew up! He's now 22!
