Thank you, Enthusiastic Educator.
The weather has been glorious. If you live where it has been glorious, already you're sick of hearing it. If you live in the Isles or Highlands, it has been slightly less glorious, indeed, liquid. And I'm sorry about that. Of course if I had control, things would be fair and equal. So I'm guessing that the Mojo going away on holiday is probably good weather related. Greater crafters than myself (Hels Sheridan, no less) are Mojo-less (well, she claims to be...you be the judge!). I know I am. I've stalked a the blogs of some who live in Scotland and discover friends practically churning out projects and cards. I have deadlines that are making me feel a bit icky in my tummy, and still yesterday, only managed one and a half cards. You have to concur - in the open window whilst gently erm, glowing in the sunshine, making a Christmas Card is quite tough. No, really tough. So maybe there is a slightly skewed equality to this weather after all. Today I'm going to do what I should have done yesterday - jack it in - leave the desk and go do something else. It might even work.

What a great sign!! Hope you do whatever you need to get back on track - the weather is on the turn so I think we'll all be in Christmas mode very soon!
Good idea Julia. Walk away from it all and you will come back refreshed and brimming with new ideas and enthusiasm....well I really hope you do :-)
The snow that's expected all over the country before the end of October will help too :-)
Hugs,
A x
very nice! I could use that sign. Seems all I am doing here in Spain is eating and sleeping. I was told the first 3 days are normally this way for those of us coming from the west but....it is getting old. I have finally gotten reliable network so hopefully can keep abreast of WOYWW this week at least!
don't fight the lack of mojo due to your glorious weather...just take yourself off and do something fun..I can always blow some chilly windy wet weather your way....hugs kath xxx
Love that sign!! Can you believe snow is due to hit by the end of the week!!
Sending you some hugs from my chilly cupboard!xx
Mojo-less? I was there all summer, but mine was not from the lovely weather, but the stiffling heat. Now it is cooler, but not by much (predicted to be around 33 C today). So enjoy that lovely weather because it seems our seasons are a bit mixed up this year.
LOL. As someone who is living in more er... liquid, environs I can safely say that being Mojo-less is not strictly the affliction of those with good weather! So in a lot of ways I'm worse off than you are since I'm not only stuck indoors due to the icky weather but I'm also very very Mojo-less. I think Mr Mojo has escaped this awful weather in favour of sunnier climes and cocktails!
Love the Sign!!

Great sign and I love your theories too. We'll just have to take what we get and one thing for sure.... you can't be sure about the weather.... or your mojo either!!

Love the sign Julia. There's no better way of finding that missing mojo that a bit of blog stalking, at least if you don't get it back in a hurry you get to feast on lots of eye candy.
You are so right about the Highlands... cold wet and wild and windy is the order of the day and has been for the last few days. Snow forecast later in the week after Hurricane Ophelia visits us..... hey ho such fun
I am sure Mojo will return soon xx
I want a sign just like that! I live in the mountains of New Mexico, USA. It's getting cooler here but we've had a hot spell. You are right, making Christmas cards seems a bit difficult to do in warm weather. I made some about a month or so ago and need to make some gift cards. I have a craft fair coming up November 5 and have lots of projects percolating in my little brain but less to put on the table! Let's run around the craft table signing "oh mojo, I need you."
Hahaha love this sign!
Having soooooooooo much trouble leaving comments on your blog. Love this Sign..and I agree totally, toooooooo lovely outside to be stashed away where there's not much light or windows to view the lovilness and not being physical, like walking or riding the bike.
I think my mojo has melted and is now a puddle on my craft room floor. . . which faces south and is very very hot... messy!

You are making my curly Elf toes ache with those Un Christmas like words. Today we enjoyed a gorgeous Indian Summer day and I'm still thinking of Christmas! We Elves need to work all year long for the big day so there is no slacking at this end. :D
Weather here is certainly cooling and we've had an odd spit-n-spot. Hope Mojo comes back from hols soon.
Toni xx
