What’s On Your Workdesk? Wednesday 884 - 17!

Well happy birthday Deskers, WOYWWers, friends..we’ve made it to a seventeenth anniversary; with great thanks to Sarah for womaning the controls!

Like Sarah, I spent some happy time browsing through my ATC collection last night. Well, probably half of it actually. They are stored in football card files and I only have the current one instantly accessible, the other is in the attic. We have a walk up attic, but *cough* I’m not sure where to look once I’ve walked up….

Anyway, here are some ATCS that Neet has sent me over the years. They weren’t hard to pick out, in fact the fascinating part of going through so many years worth is that some of you brilliant crafters have such a distinct style that I could identify the makers without having to look at the backs. Amazing art, I can tell you.

So if the last 17 years have taught me one thing…if art (craft in my case!) makes you happy, do it. I am thankful for the positive impact it has had on my life in so many ways: meeting you on here is the biggest.

And meeting you, too!
I am busy crafting so I’ll be readyfor a craft fair this weekend! One of my friends asked “why in the world would you do that?” But I am ready! Just finishing some little extra details! So unlike me! I am the last minute type of crafter. The adrenaline makes my creativity go!
Happy Wednesday!

Hi Julia, it's difficult to believe Neet has really gone, she was so special to us. You made me smile because I thought when we moved stuff out of the loft and into the Cabin I would be more able to find what I was looking for, it's very slightly better but I still forget where stuff is Lol! Art usually makes me happy Hee! Hee! Have a nice woyww anniversary, hugs Angela x10x

We wouldn’t all be here if it weren’t for your brilliant if bonkers idea all those years ago, I’m genuinely grateful to have met some wonderful people along the way. You couldn’t mistake Neet’s style, it’s so distinctive and lovely to see hers all gathered together ❤️❤️ It was G being blanket demonstrator, he’s a good lad! Glad you had a nice break in Pembrokeshire , it’s a beautiful place and quieter than Cornwall, less expensive too!
Happy 17th anniversary,
Hugs LLJ 3 xx
