Still away, still enjoying sun, still doing chores. *cough*
Can't upload a pic, the tablet thing has finally defeated me. the coffee table that I'm currently sitting in front of has my closed Smash book on it and the crochet squares I'm still working on. I think I've done about ten since the start of this trip...naturally, I intended to do more!

Oh my Goodness, #1. I can't believe it, thought waking at 4am the past couple of nights pondering the dental work I need and am quite scared of was really annoying, but to get #1 it has its UP side. Love imagining your really tidy desk Julia, hope the rest of your hols are good. Love the Smash book on your previous post and am pondering getting one myself. BJ No.1

When I think how I have been awake since my usual five'ish stroll. Pure luck I (we) got our iPads out and I strolled in here.

hope you get to smashing sometime, and i imagine the crochet can be quite restful... i'm all of out of sync - i overslept (usually the birds' dawn chorus wakes me) and i feel all muffle-headed, plus i'm no. 21 (!) this week... ho hum...

Raining hard this morning in Lancashire so I won't be going far with Kikki on her walk.
I've got learning to crotchet on my GOING TO DO IT BEFORE THE END OF THE YEAR list. I found a you tube video for left handers that I can use.
Depend my iPad yesterday and broke the glass so I typing very tentatively.

Such dedication!! Well we wil all try to imaging your forign desk and try not to be envious (ifthere is decorating involved I certainly AM NOT!!). Pleased to see I am not the only person who only comprehends oops I mean uses 10% of their ipads capabilities. So glad you were able to make this post and continue on with your much needed break! Maybe someone could give us a tutorial on the transfer to the Ipad to our blogs. I know I could use the info 1st hand also.
Venturing out to see about the forcast of high winds, heavy rain/snow or just coming back and adjusting to the idea "JUNK BONANZA" just won't happen for me this year.

I'm not certain I could post pictures from my iPad either -- they don't support Flash, and I suspect that might be part of the issue. We were lucky enough to be given the "key" for the internet connection at the house where we stayed on holiday last week, so we had free wi-fi internet all week!
