What's On Your Workdesk? Wednesday 735

Well, it's not looking overly productive because I've staged it a bit...but it has at least been prepped for use....

I cleared it of rubbish and GKW whilst cooking some supper yesterday, which revealed theses anniversary ATCs that arrived from all corners, Kelly, Neet, Susan and Elizabeth. Despite my tardiness at acknowledging, I am truly grateful that you took the time and effort...honestly June has just been such a flurry of a month that I'm still revelling in it rather than catching up. I still blame my Sissy; coming over here and requiring a stringent re-Anglicising - it was a punishing schedule! Very far left is the Order of Service from the family wedding which was one of the reasons my sister was here. Of course it's on the desk now waiting to be cut up to accompany the bazillion photos that we have amassed. So now there's cards and lovely current up-to-date scrapbooking to do....all I need is time!
Please share and tell, help me ground myself in good crafty stuff that I can relax and enjoy!

I am glad you were able to have such a lovely reason for your Sissy to come over for, and I hope you get to scrap it soon! Your desk looks lovely and clear and ready for use. Happy WOYWW Helen xx

If my little sis came over then I think crafting would be on the back burner for a while. Sometimes there are far more important things to do.
As usual my desk is showing a lack of creativity, not got back in my stride yet from being poorly. Hopefully next week I will have at least one card to show you as it is her birthday that day and I can show what I have already done but held back.
Hugs, Neet 3 xx

Goodness Julia. Your desk is even cleaner than mine this week! I'm certainly impressed. Glad to read one of the reasons your Sissy was in England and I look forward to seeing some of the spreads and photos you took while she and her husband were here. Thanks again for the ATC and Wendy is grateful for the button!

Weddings all round! We got a voice mail last night in the middle of the night to say BIL got married (wanted to let us know before it was on FB) and of course Dear Son is also engaged. Hapy times and lovely your Sissy made it over for the big day and an extended visit. Oh and the scrapbooking! Weddings and babies are the best reasons. I expect I will be deep in it again soon. Fingers crossed :D
Happy miserably wet WOYWW!

You're very lucky to have a sister so you need to spend that time with her when you get the chance. I think something exciting is about to happen on the desk as it's so tidy and ready for action. Have a lovely woyww. Hugs, Angela x9x

Oh my life, just woken up and can't fathom GKW at all??? Googling just brought up Wrought iron work and integrated warehousing! Think I need to go back to bed. I am so tired at the moment, wondering if it an effect of all the medication??? Anyway back to your lovely tidy desk, love it. Sounds like June was indeed a flurry with your sister over here, I can't even imagine what it's like to have a sibling, let alone a big family, just the 3 of us here really. Anyway can't wait to see all the scrapbooking, I'm still delving into all the Basic Grey I got last Summer. Cards, oh thanks for the reminder just looked at my little list and have a couple I need for the end of the month. Hugs BJ#10

Happy WOYWW. Your desk is ready for crafty action. We have a family party coming up in September, and also a family holiday in August, so I am going to get some photo books made up after each event (and not leave it for ages!). Ali x #13

You've made progress cleaning your desk. I peeped in off and on and so happy you had time with family. But I understand about a punishing schedule. Just hoping July/August are a bit more normal here also. Enjoy summer

Come and clear my desk...please! I think its just hot so muddled up and there's no room to give stuff a real home that its easier to leave it where it falls!
