I don't know if I should be worried or grateful that I'm not sure why the weeks fly by as they do! I know Sarah's easing in to a relaxing life, and I can't say my life is difficult, but be aware Sarah, it will get fuller and fuller!
So a combination of other stuff, sunshine (which always calls me outside) and having Miss Dunnit home has prevented me from spending any time at my desk over the last week, literally, it's the same as was..
Actually it shows some push back. The lunchtime sun means you can't see the purple wheelbarrow through the doors. BJ is amused by it as I am...I won it in a charity raffle at a garden centre! It's been very useful and I'm still very chuffed about it!
One of my former customers and now a Stampin Up! Demo is having a summer craft party next week and put a call out for volunteers to make a card and kit it for 12. Well, that's sort of up my street so I put my name forward imagining I'd be trampled in the rush. Not so, last night came the message...so I really have a great excuse to tidy up and get on. Panic seems to be a default setting these days! So please show and tell, I know you'll have been doing far more interesting things! The link to Sarah's blog is at the top of this post, leave your blog link and let us call in!

You should have stood out from the rampaging mob, ready to do kits. I remember doing one of your card making round robin style workshops and still have a couple of them - too pretty to give away LOL! I agree wholeheartedly that being older (if not actually retired - technically I am still working) means life is crazier than ever. just so much to do but now I do it at a much s l o w e r pace. Ah well.
Happy (cancelled knitting day) WOYWW!

Ooer a purple wheelbarrow - there's fancy! Love it and I can't believe I'm saying it but I have wheelbarrow envy now.🤣 Enjoy your crafting when you find time.x x Jo 🌈
The weeks are just whizzing by, can’t remember what we did but I know it didn’t involve much sitting and thumb twiddling. The purple barrow is great fun, that was a good win. Hope Miss D is keeping ok x
Hugs LLJ 7 xx
Oh thanks for the mention and the extra purple wheelbarrow background info. Totally chuffed all round I must say. Love your "pushback" system. I have nowhere to "push back" on mine LOL. Great about the card and kits, that will get you back to the desk for sure.
You nearly got me with the duplicate message text, I had a senior moment as I started to read it and thought deja vu! Scrolled down and realised it was a duplicate, well nearly! Made me giggle.
Oh and as for the left hand Carpal Tunnel, I am on the list for surgery and holding out for a local hospital as really can't face travelling too far pre-op let alone post-op. I had my MRSA swab on 7th July after talking to the surgeon on 23rd June, but not hear a dicky bird since. I did call and found the MRSA swab expires in 3 months so will call them if we get to 7th Oct! Which is the date our son needs to find a new place to live by - ho hum.
Got some of my shopping orders but the papers are coming from China so will be a while yet. Thanks for stopping by Hugs BJ#2
I like the idea of a purple wheelbarrow indeed! I can't push back either but that;s because the floor is full... I hope you get the kits made up in time - nothing like a deadline following your rash volunteering! Happy WOYWW and thanks for dropping by. Helen #1
I hope you get the kits made up in time. A purple wheelbarrow….i love it and might be tempted to wheel it around the garden 😀😀

Hee! Hee! I'm with you, I thought retirement meant time on your hands...how wrong I was. I'm late today as we've had visitors but here now and I have two dogs sat on the sofa one of which called Alfie keeps tapping the keyboard, he's so naughty so just hope this makes sense. Happy belated woyww. Hugs Angela x9x
Purple wheelbarrow - very trendy! I can picture you busily making cards to meet your deadline. I am sure you will do it with style x hugs Angela #10
Well done on winning the purple wheelbarrow! I am sure your card kits will be brilliant! Happy WOYWW! Susan #5
