An aerial shot and taken late enough to invoke the power of the Flash. I hate that.
Usual suspects and the faithful notebook which suggests, quite rightly, that I'm noting the ingredients for the card that is currently on the ipad's deckchair. The ipad is in the kitchen where I was listening to something on iplayer when I realised how late it was getting and how silly it would be to forget to do the WOYWW thing. Yep, the days are running away with me. The heart shaped ramekin was being used for some Pearl Ex painting, so now I'm leaving the water to evaporate so I can re-use the mica that's settled at the bottom. A second pot of chewing gum...Spearmint this time, living on the edge, that's me. The syringe is my dispenser of choice for silicone glue..I wrote a post about this fixative HERE is you're interested.
Take an interest in each other, huh - visit a few desks, make a few friends. Not costly, not hard and hey, you may actually meet one day....

I've done exactly the same thing with Pearl Ex. Can't waste the glittery stuff, can we? Must have a look at that glue/syringe link. Actually read your post before looking closely at the pic. Just as well, not too keen on syringes of any sort, but can manage to look if I know it's only filled with glue :)

Glad to see you back safe and sound from that wonderful crop you had at the weekend. I am so jealous that I could not get there, but maybe next time. I too use syringes for my silicone glue, a whole series of them lined up ready for use (well two anyway in case one runs out in the middle). I see your blending solution. I just put some alcohol in a spray bottle instead of buying that, costs too much. Made my own applicators out of jenga blocks and felt too, cheapskate here. Love spearmint, trident is my favorite brand. Cool stuff on your desk!
