What's On Your Workdesk? Wednesday 209

There's some descriptive text about how why and what this WOYWW thing is, to be found here.

My desk, bathed in Tuesday's late sunshine bliss.  But, it is a bit staged.  I was just getting around to having a long hard study of the ATCs and things that I've been lucky enough to score since WOYWW4 last week, and decided I should photograph them in good light.  Rubbish idea, too much shadow and contrast; even this amateur photographer could tell that.  So then I got distracted and went outside to do something and.....never got back to them.  Maybe I'll show off about them tomorrow!  Meanwhile my desire to spend time at the old desk is being eclipsed by the need to - another Crop at the weekend.  One where I actually do more  than make tea and watch everyone else crafting away.  Apparently - watch this space!
So share your workdesk with us will you?  Put WOYWW in your post title - make it about your desk and what you're working on and we'll try to pop round for a visit.  Same old same old then for year 5.  Yep.  Plus ca change, la meme ca change. (Insert your own reflex and cedillas please!)

  8. It's a really lovely bit of sunshine on your desk. The more things change at my desk, it's because I move them around (grin).

Your ATC's look wonderful but methinks there will be a flood more arriving over the next few days...
This is going to be such a fun week...perhaps even better than last week as we will get to see what everyone has made or received so far!

    Have a great week.

  25. It was all rather hectic last week wasn't it and the crop too, you must be pooped. Know what you mean about too much sunlight for photographs, we're never happy with the weather are we? LOL. Good job there is Google translate despite a splattering of schoolgirl French I couldn't get the meaning right, it this it? "More it changes, it changes the same." Hmmm still not right methinks! Thanks for everything BJ#22.

  26. Morning Miss Julia! Lovely looking desk this morning bathed in sunshine. Better than today's grey we have here. I spy some lovely ATCs there. Love that hand. Donna offered me on but I was on the wrong side of the desk and got distracted by something shiny, (or was it cake?), and never got one. Never mind ey!
Fabulous day on Saturday. Still smiling when I think of it!

  27. Happy WOYWW. This sunshine is amazing, but so distracting. I keep wanting to go outside - and even dusted down my gardening tools to have a bit of a tidy up! We shouldn't complain about our usual weather too much, as at least it enables us to craft inside without wanting to go outside! Ali x #48

  30. I am so happy that I am not the only one distracted by shiny objects! Or just plain objects. I think that's why my desk always looks so unfinished. Glad to hear I'm not the only one that accomplishes little at crops. I spend so much time chatting. I think I need to learn to do two things at once! Have a great crop! May you accomplish much and still have time for tea!

  31. My desk is covered in ATCs too - such lovely little works of art! What a fab idea it was to swap. x Jo

  113. Hi Julia,

I didn't participate this week, knowing I couldn't get around to visit many people.

I like the new layout of your blog. Blogger is messing around with mine and I'm not happy about it! I did some changes but still not happy. Oh well.

I haven't sent my ATCs to anyone abroad yet as I have to the post office to buy stamps. I'll be getting them out this weekend.

I see you already have a nice assortment!

    Hugs,
    kay

  114. Hmm, I'm thinking I neglected to leave a comment the other day, sorry about that! I'm pretty sure I didn't because I haven't had time to make any visits yet so I thought I would start with you. :) Thanks as always for hostessing this hop and your desk is looking busy, as usual. Looks like you've scored some fab ATC's so far! Hugs, Deeyll #144
