T for Thirsty Tuesday

So this is how it's going to be gentle reader. We're off for a break in the sun. We will stay hydrated, promise.
Gently sweating glasses of orange granizado with our very late breakfasts...
and feeding cheeky birds with crumbs while we have after golf lunches....
Can you just see him hovering? (the bird, not the arm!)
For the record, I'm the one that walks round chatting, scrumping lemons and oranges when in season. I chat. I sit. Every other hole, I offer to carry the bag. I do not actually play the golf. And Mr Dunnit quite often plays alone or allows the club to partner him. So then I don't go of course; there's a limit to how much non-golfing company a golfing stranger will take! Mr Dunnit can block me out, but I think it takes years of practice!
I have any amounts of sightseeing and walks planned. Mr Dunnit has any amount of relaxing planned. We'll see who gets bored first. (It won't be me. Sunshine, a beach and a book...I'm good for weeks.) Blogging will continue in the usual ad hoc way. No gentle reader, I do not want to give you a break from me. You might forget me. And then I'd be talking to myself.....

AS IF anyone could forget you. You are far too memorable for that. So relax, enjoy your time away, and enjoy all those wonderful drinks. I'll share a coffee with you, but, unlike you, I won't even contemplate golf, even as a spectator.

Thanks for sharing your holiday drinks and bird fun with us for T this Tuesday. Yes, I loved the bird catching the crumbs.

Gentle blogger...you are quite mistaken if you think a few weeks of silence would mean we would forget you...you are an integral part of our week, Wednesday would not be Wednesday if it weren't for you! Enjoy your break...I too am a not golf playing tag along...verging on caddy....but not quite!

That drink looks quite refreshing. And I think you'd have to work harder to make us forget you than take a few weeks off. I had a good laugh at how you hubby has learned to block you out. Mine too and then he complains I didn't tell him stuff. "Yeah, I did, you were ignoring me at the time!"
